Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Planner subscriptions. It is meant to be clear before you pay, not buried after.

Last updated: 29 June 2026

Who handles payment

Planner payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may appear on your bank statement as the merchant of record.

For refund questions, contact support@get-planner.com. We will review the request and, where approved, process it through Paddle back to the original payment method.

Free trials

If your paid plan includes a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

If you are charged after a trial because the subscription was not cancelled in time, contact us within 14 days of the first charge. If the account has not had meaningful paid use after the charge, we will normally refund it.

First subscription payment

If Planner is not the right fit, email us within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge.

We will normally refund the first charge where the request is made in that window and the account has not been used heavily for live production work, exports, or team rollout.

Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Renewal payments are generally not refundable once a new billing period has started. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

We may still refund a renewal where there has been a duplicate charge, billing error, confirmed technical access issue, or another case where refunding is the fair thing to do.

How to cancel

You can cancel from the billing portal in your Planner account, or by contacting support.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the refund rules above apply.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle.

Refunds often take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Enterprise or custom agreements

Enterprise, invoice, annual, or custom agreements may have their own refund and cancellation terms.

If a separate signed agreement applies, that agreement controls.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer, payment, or contract law.

If you think a charge is wrong, contact support@get-planner.com with the account email, charge date, and reason for the request.
